Internal Controls Intern

Constellation has its foundations built upon its solid base and works to take its culture to ever higher levels of excellence. We are looking for an Internal Controls Intern to join our corporate team.

Mission of the role: To know and apply the theoretical knowledge learned in practice, developing your skills, knowledge, and attitudes. Enabling the technical exercise of the profession by providing experience in the field in which you wish to develop.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Support the survey, mapping, and documentation of corporate processes through interviews and interaction with business areas;
• Prepare and update flowcharts, procedures, and other documents related to organizational processes in modeling tools;
• Assist in the identification, assessment, and documentation of risks, internal controls, and opportunities for process improvement;
• Support initiatives for the review, standardization, and optimization of processes, contributing to efficiency gains and risk mitigation;
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls, ensuring adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures;
• Support the execution of control tests and monitoring activities of action plans;
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, indicators, and presentations related to process, risk, and internal control projects;
• Assist in maintaining governance, internal controls, and compliance documentation of the organization;
• Execute operational internal control activities under the supervision of the team.

Requirements and qualifications As basic requirements, you must have:

• Intermediate level English;
• Currently studying Administration, Engenharia de Produção, Ciências Contábeis, Economia or related areas;
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint;
