We are looking for an ARCHITECT for the Consortis Architectural Design department to become a member of a diverse team of specialized engineers, aiming to create a positive impact on society, the environment, and the economy. In this position, you will need to:

• Be a member of a team of architects and support the development of new projects
• Participate in the preparation of architectural studies for the public or private sector for building infrastructure projects, urban redesigns, energy upgrades and building reuse, restoration of historical buildings, etc.
• Draft construction drawings and project budgets
• Collaborate with other engineering specialties to complete the studies
• Contribute to the issuance of building permits and licensing processes

Essential Qualifications:

To successfully carry out the duties, you should:

• Participate in the preparation of the studies and the items assigned to each member of the study team
• Adhere to the schedule and the implementation planning of the deliverables
• Communicate and collaborate with the study team

Education & Specialization

• Degree in Architecture (5-year course)
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of architectural design
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
• Good familiarity with Revit & Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in public sector studies and the drafting of bill of quantities and budgets is desirable
• Familiarity with ΝΟΚ and licensing processes
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
