Senior Full Stack Developer This is your mission Are you passionate about building innovative digital solutions and developing high-performance applications? Then this position is for you. As a Senior Full Stack Developer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications while contributing to the continuous improvement of our technology ecosystem. Build side: Design and develop scalable full stack applications using modern development frameworks

Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces with a focus on user experience

Build and optimize backend services, APIs, and microservices architectures

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and development teams to define technical solutions

Participate in software design reviews and contribute to architectural decisions

Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best development practices

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation processes

Support the implementation of security, performance, and scalability standards

Run side: Maintain, monitor, and improve production applications

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner

Analyze performance bottlenecks and implement optimization measures

Support software deployments and release management activities

Ensure application reliability, stability, and availability

Participate in incident management and root cause analysis

Maintain technical documentation and development standards

Continuously improve development and operational processes

This is your background You have at least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer working in demanding and agile environments. You are passionate about software engineering, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and constantly seek opportunities to innovate and improve. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration. This is your expertise: Frontend technologies: React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

Backend technologies: .NET, Java, Node.js, Spring Boot, REST APIs

Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

CI/CD and DevOps practices

Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab

Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
