Your tasks

This is your mission Are you passionate about Java development and the modernization of strategic application systems? Do you enjoy supporting teams technically while keeping your hands in the code? This position is made for you.

As a Lead Java Full Stack Developer, you play a central role in the transformation of our client's application portfolio. You support the team on technical choices, actively contribute to developments, and participate in the modernization of applications towards cloud native architectures.

Build side

• Drive technical choices and guarantee the quality of the Feature Team's developments
• Participate in the redesign of two strategic applications towards Angular, Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes standards
• Design and develop new Back-End and Front-End features
• Support developers on development and architecture best practices
• Develop and evolve the REST APIs within the scope
• Contribute to the automation of deliveries and the continuous improvement of the CI/CD pipeline
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies in an international France / India context

Run side

• Ensure the operational maintenance of the application portfolio
• Supervise the resolution of complex incidents and provide high-level technical expertise
• Participate in production support and the analysis of recurring problems
• Contribute to the replatforming work of legacy Java 8 and Struts applications
• Guarantee the technical quality, maintainability, and performance of applications
• Produce and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

This is your background You have at least 7 years of experience in Java development, including significant experience as a technical referent or Lead Developer.

You appreciate Agile environments with high technical requirements and enjoy supporting a team in its daily challenges. You are comfortable in application transformation contexts mixing modern technologies and legacy heritage.

Mastery of English is indispensable to evolve within a team distributed between France and India.
