Your tasks

As part of the development of one of our clients' activities in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer wishing to contribute to the design and evolution of modern software solutions.

You will join Agile teams operating in a rich technological environment, combining Full Stack development, Cloud, and new software engineering practices.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will participate in the development of new features and the improvement of existing solutions within Scrum teams.

You will also contribute to the adoption of modern development practices, notably through the reasoned use of artificial intelligence tools.

On the build side

• Design, develop, and deliver new software features.
• Participate in the development of Full Stack applications in a Java, Spring, and Angular environment.
• Contribute to the design of reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Develop and test code by applying object-oriented programming principles.
• Participate in the various stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Propose technical and functional improvements.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to ensure the regular delivery of features.
• Contribute to the evolution of software engineering practices.
• Explore and use AI-assisted development tools to facilitate coding, testing, and documentation, while maintaining a critical eye on the results.
• Gradually develop your expertise through exchanges and guidance from experienced engineers.

On the run side

• Participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of applications.
• Contribute to the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical anomalies.
• Participate in code reviews and technical exchanges.
• Ensure compliance with development and testing best practices.
• Contribute to the improvement of technical documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize existing solutions.
• Participate in the evolution of development tools and methods.

Requirements

This is your background You are a graduate of higher education in computer science, software engineering, or an equivalent field.

You possess solid programming fundamentals and a true passion for computing and new technologies.

You have already acquired practical experience in software development and wish to pursue your progression in contact with experienced engineers.

You enjoy experimenting with new technologies and are able to present personal projects illustrating your curiosity and interest in development.

You appreciate Agile, collaborative environments that are open to innovation.

Sought-after skills

• Object-oriented programming.
