An important Sports Center is looking for:

SPORTS CLUB MANAGER

General Data:

• Location: Tijuana, Baja California
• Shift: Full-time
• Schedule: Availability to rotate shifts according to operations
• Reports to: Dirección General / Dirección de Operaciones
• Personnel in charge: Coaches, Reception, Maintenance and Cleaning Staff (according to organizational structure)
• Salary: $30,000 MXN gross monthly + benefits above the law

Job Objective:

To comprehensively manage the operation of the Sports Unit, ensuring excellence in service, business profitability, and compliance with commercial and operational objectives. You will be responsible for leading the work team, strengthening the user community, implementing customer attraction and loyalty strategies, supervising the correct execution of training programs, and guaranteeing the optimal functioning of the facilities.

Requirements and Knowledge:

Education

Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Physical Culture and Sport, Sports Administration, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions within gyms, sports centers, or functional training studios.
• Verifiable experience as a functional training coach.
• Experience managing personnel and operations.
• Experience in customer service and attention.
• Experience in developing commercial strategies and public relations.

Languages

Conversational English (capable of maintaining conversations with clients and visitors).

• Manage the comprehensive operation of the Sports Unit.
• Supervise the opening and correct daily functioning of the center.
• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of the work team.
• Prepare and supervise the daily training plan.
• Participate as a coach when operations require it.
• Design strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Generate activities that strengthen the user community.
• Manage and supervise the unit's social media.
• Coordinate advertising and marketing campaigns to position the brand.
• Develop public relations with clients, strategic allies, and the community.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities.
• Verify the cleanliness and order of all areas.
• Manage the budget allocated to operation, maintenance, and equipment acquisition.
• Guarantee compliance with service and quality standards.
• Prepare monthly reports on results, indicators, and objective fulfillment.
• Implement continuous improvement actions to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
