Data Technician II User Support

Job Objective:

Provide support in the collection, processing, and analysis of data from different areas of the organization, contributing to the generation of strategic information for decision-making and the development of business intelligence solutions.

Main Functions:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management indicators.
• Support Business Intelligence projects and information analysis.
• Monitor databases and analysis tools.
• Generate strategic information for the different areas of the company.

Requirements:

Studies in Engineering, Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or related careers. Knowledge of SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query, google tools, and technical Tableau. Desirable experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and user support for requirements analysis. Analytical capacity and results orientation.
