Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the movie room.

Open and close the outlet according to operating procedures.

Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.

Manage customer bookings, check-ins and payments.

Ensure movie rooms are clean, comfortable and properly prepared before each booking.

Check and operate basic movie-room equipment, including screens, sound systems and streaming/media equipment.

Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.

Coordinate bookings and manage the daily schedule to avoid clashes or delays.

Monitor inventory such as drinks, snacks, cleaning supplies and other operating items.

Ensure the outlet maintains a clean, safe and presentable environment.

Coordinate with part-time or service staff when required.

Monitor the overall customer experience and identify areas for improvement.

Assist with promotions, social media content or other marketing activities when needed.

Report operational issues, equipment problems and other concerns to the owner/management.

Ensure company policies and operating procedures are followed.

Requirements Previous experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, entertainment or customer service is preferred.

Management or supervisory experience is an advantage.

Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with customers.

Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Able to handle multiple tasks during busy periods.

Comfortable using booking systems and basic technology.

Able to troubleshoot simple operational or equipment issues.

Good attention to cleanliness and detail.

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
