Manage and oversee landscape projects from planning to completion .
Plan and coordinate daily site activities, manpower and work schedules.
Read and understand landscape drawings, layout plans and project specifications.
Arrange and allocate workers according to project requirements and work progress.
Supervise Site Supervisors and workers to ensure smooth site operations.
Monitor project progress, quality and work schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve site issues.
Ensure landscape works are carried out according to drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and site resources.
Prepare progress updates and report project status to management.
Ensure all workers comply with site safety requirements and company procedures.

Relevant experience in landscape project management is required.
Minimum 3 years of relevant landscape experience , preferably in a Project Manager / Project Supervisor / Site Supervisor role.
Strong knowledge of landscape construction and site operations .
Able to read and understand landscape drawings and plans .
Able to plan manpower and arrange workers efficiently .
Good knowledge of landscape works such as planting, turfing, hardscape, irrigation and general landscape construction.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple work activities and meet project deadlines.
Relevant Landscape / BCA / WSQ certifications will be an advantage.
Singapore landscape/construction experience is preferred.

Monday – Fridays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

SGD $3,000 – $6,000 per month Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
