Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Carrying out procurement calls from framework agreements

• Ensuring the availability of purchased parts across the assigned product group spectrum

• Prioritizing urgent orders

• Maintaining, tracking, and reminding of delivery dates

• Maintaining and reminding of order confirmations

• Processing and following up on goods receipt clarifications

• Creating complaint documents including RMA requests

• Processing invoice clarifications

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector with additional specialist qualifications or a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre or a comparable qualification

• Structured and independent way of working

• Good comprehension, commitment, and flexibility for daily work

• Good rhetorical skills and strong negotiation skills

• Flexibility and creativity

• Confident handling of Office applications, especially MS-Excel, as well as good knowledge of SAP R/3 Modul MM

• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
