- Troubleshoot issues with networks, printers, A/V- and conference tools, computers, and mobile devices;
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for escalations and maintenance;
- Monitor system uptime and ensure incidents are logged and resolved according to SLA.
System Administration
- Support configuration, maintenance, and updates of key hotel systems (PMS, POS, CRM, door locks, CCTV, etc.);
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and device access control;
- Maintain the IT asset inventory across all hotels and offices.
Projects & Rollouts
- Assist with IT setup for new hotels, system migrations, and hardware rollouts;
- Support the IT Manager in implementing new tools, integrations, and upgrades;
- Test and document new software or integrations before rollout.
Documentation & Processes
- Maintain and update IT documentation (network maps, access rights, SOPs, vendor lists);
- Support training of staff and intern on standard procedures and systems;
- Ensure IT compliance and security standards are followed company-wide;
- Assist with IT setup for new hotels, system migrations, and hardware rollouts.
Requirements
- You have 2–4 years of experience in IT support, preferably in hospitality or a multi-site environment;
- Basic knowledge of networks, hardware troubleshooting and Google Workspace;
- Experience with hotel systems (like Mews, Lightspeed, Salto, or similar) is a strong plus;
- You’re organized, proactive, and communicative — able to translate tech into plain language;
- You thrive in a fast-moving, service-driven environment;
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
