We are looking for a highly analytical and structured Product Requirements Engineer for our most complex and important strategic initiatives. In this central role, you will bridge the gap between our specialist departments – such as Finance, Procurement, and Compliance – and our technical product teams.

Your Contribution to Success

• You manage the elicitation and documentation of requirements for important strategic projects spanning areas such as Procurement, Pricing, Accounting, and Legal.
• You develop clear functional specifications and process models (e.g., BPMN, UML) that serve as the "Source of Truth" for our Product Managers and developers.
• You proactively identify logic conflicts between different business areas and facilitate data-based consensus decisions to drive initiatives forward.
• You establish and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix to ensure that every delivered feature contributes exactly to our business goals and regulatory standards.
• In close cooperation with stakeholders, you ensure through structured acceptance criteria and professional validation methods that technical solutions meet business needs.
• You introduce high-quality Requirements Engineering standards (IREB) into the product organization and coach PMs as well as TPMs in best practices for complex discovery processes.

Your Success Factors

• You have 5+ years of professional experience in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, or Technical Product Management – preferably in a complex B2B/E-Commerce or ERP environment.
• Ideally, you have an IREB (CPRE) certification or comparable formal training in the field of Requirements Engineering.
• You possess expert knowledge in process modeling and notation standards (e.g., BPMN 2.0, UML) as well as in using tools such as Confluence, Jira, or specialized RE software.
• You have the ability to quickly grasp complex technical and financial contexts and translate them into structured, testable requirements.
• You master the translation from "Business to Tech" and appear confidently towards senior stakeholders from Finance, Legal, and IT.
• Fluent English skills are required; German skills are a big plus.
