In the CRM360 team, we develop and operate the platform that serves as the basis for a holistic 360-degree customer view and intelligently connects our Marketing, Sales, and Service processes. Keywords such as personalization, Customer Journey, data-driven, ML-driven, enterprise-wide applicability, providing customer data for internal apps, self-service, etc., drive us day after day. Your Contribution to Success

• Platform & Service Development: You actively design and develop central microservices, tools, and shared libraries (with Java/Spring Boot) that form the backbone of our platform.
• Infrastructure & Automation (IaC & CI/CD): You are responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) base (Terraform) and the CI/CD pipelines. You ensure that developers can deploy their microservices (Java, React) at the touch of a button.
• Operations & Reliability (SRE): You are responsible for the stable and secure operation of our core systems, especially the Kubernetes (GKE) cluster and the Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes (ECK) running on it. You define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and ensure their compliance through proactive monitoring, alerting, and the further development of our disaster recovery strategies.
• Architecture Consulting: You proactively advise application teams on the design of microservices and ensure that new applications meet the platform standards (security, scalability, testability).
• Mentoring & Culture: As a technical role model, you share your knowledge in both worlds – backend development and cloud operations – and promote a culture of shared responsibility.

Your Success Factors

• At least 5 years of sound professional experience in software development, ideally with a clear focus on DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Excellent knowledge in backend development, with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Excellent knowledge in container orchestration with Kubernetes (K8s) and containerization with Docker.
• Strong expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., with GitLab CI, Jenkins, Cloud Build).
• Sound understanding of microservice architectures and their operational requirements.
• Good understanding of cloud and container security (e.g., IAM, Network Policies, Secret Management).
• Good to very good English skills (spoken and written); German skills are an advantage.
