We make... 1 Group Accountant (m/f/d) Objective of the position As a Group Accountant, you are part of the Group Reporting team and actively participate in the preparation of consolidated financial statements as well as the further development of group-wide reporting processes. In doing so, you will work closely with international subsidiaries, internal departments, and auditors and gain insights into the financial structure of a globally active group.

Your area of responsibility:

• Support in the preparation of the group's quarterly and annual financial statements according to UGB
• Taking over special topics in the area of consolidation
• Ensuring uniform group accounting standards (HB2) as well as supporting subsidiaries in their implementation
• Participation in various projects (such as implementation of S4 HANA, processing of first consolidations in the event of acquisitions, ..)
• Contact person for our international subsidiaries
• Cooperation with auditors and consultants
• Execution and creation of analyses and reports in SAP or our consolidation software

Qualifications What you bring to the role:

• Completed training in the field of Finance, Accounting, or bookkeeping

(e.g., university, FH, HAK, or comparable training)

• Initial to several years of professional experience in accounting, group reporting, or auditing
• Interest in group accounting and international structures
• Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and careful way of working
• Reliable team player with strong communication skills and initiative
• Enjoyment of working in an international environment
• Good MS Office skills
• Very good German and good English skills (written and spoken)

Optional:

• Experience with SAP and/or consolidation software
• IFRS knowledge

A market-conforming salary is offered for this position, which is based on specific qualifications and corresponding professional experience.

We are legally obliged to state a minimum salary. According to the collective agreement (wood processing industry), the annual minimum gross salary for this position is EUR 47,586.00 on a full-time basis.
