Your tasks

"• Review architectural drawings, design documents, specifications, and project plans to understand project scope and requirements.• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs based on architectural and engineering drawings.• Analyze design documents to identify missing information, discrepancies, scope gaps, and potential cost impacts.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related technical field.• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in quantity surveying, design estimating, architectural estimating, or related fields.• Experience in Microsoft Excel for estimating calculations and documentation.• Experience in Bluebeam software.• Must have stable employment history.
