GROUPE CONNECTT, located in Lafayette (Paris 10e), is looking for one of its clients for a: EXPORT SALES ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST in PUISEUX PONTOISE (95) Your missions will be:
- Organize and optimize international shipments.
- Negotiate and purchase transport services from freight forwarders.
- Monitor shipments until final delivery, including the management of customs issues.
- Handle customer complaints related to transport or delivery.
- Manage import flows for equipment returns or repairs.
- Establish order invoicing and ensure document management (documentary collections / CREDOC).
- Transmit packing instructions to the warehouse and coordinate internal logistics operations.
Temporary position. Salary at 30K
- Education: BTS or Licence Professionnelle in Commerce International (or equivalent).
- Experience: minimum 2 years in a similar position in export logistics / supply chain.
- Languages: English level B2 imperative; Spanish level B2 appreciated.
- IT Skills: excellent mastery of Pack Office, notably Excel (TCD, RechercheV). Comfortable with the use of an ERP.
