- Define and monitor the stock management policy.
- Ensure the availability rate and monitor the stockout rate.
- Establish forecasts.
- Develop a coherent supply plan.
- Place orders and monitor their shipment.
- Take charge of the relationship with carriers.
- Maximize the optimization of delivery programs.
