VIP N2 PROXIMITY SUPPORT TECHNICIAN / FLUENT ENGLISH (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are recruiting for our client based in Paris 2, a major player in the luxury sector, a VIP Proximity Support Technician / Fluent English M/F as part of a temporary mission. Your missions: Within a high-end and international environment, you will provide proximity IT support to VIP users. In this capacity, you will notably be required to:

• Provide level 1 and 2 proximity support to VIP users;
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents;
• Assist users in using their IT environment;
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations and IT equipment;
• Handle requests and incidents in compliance with procedures and service levels;
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of interventions and tickets;
• Intervene on mobile environments and equipment managed via MDM;
• Occasionally participate in events and showrooms

REQUIRED PROFILE:

You have a background in IT and can demonstrate a first significant experience in proximity support, ideally with a VIP or demanding population. You possess the following skills:

• Fluent English is imperative, with excellent oral fluency;
• Experience in VIP proximity support is indispensable;
• Good mastery of the Windows environment, Office 365, and the workstation;
• Initial experience with Workspace ONE would be a real asset;
• Good diagnostic and incident resolution skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service, and professional presentation;
• You are reactive, autonomous, and know how to demonstrate discretion in a VIP environment;
• You enjoy dynamic and international environments.
