Product Manager

About the company

Together with our Partner from the fitness technology industry, we are looking for a person for the position of Lead Product Manager. The project involves building and developing a new generation of an AI-based fitness platform, providing personalized user experiences and integration with fitness devices and wearable technologies.

Your tasks

• Creating PRD (Product Requirements Document) and product requirements, defining the scope of work and acceptance criteria, and determining task prioritization.
• Responsibility for product mechanisms affecting user retention, including diagnosing drops in their activity.
• Translating the Head of Product's vision regarding AI and personalization into specific functionalities and user experiences.
• Responsibility for user activity results and setting goals together with the Head of Product.
• Responsibility for daily user experiences and key areas of the product interface.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the field of product management.
• Experience in creating clear and precise product requirements and managing a roadmap in collaboration with a distributed team of engineers working in a different time zone.
• Experience collaborating with Design, Engineering, Content, and Retention teams without direct responsibility for their budgets or roadmaps.
• Forecasting production, user experience, and defining the global role of the product.
• Advanced English language skills (C1).
• Experience in designing and conducting A/B tests.
