Java Tech Lead

Together with our Business Partner, one of the European leaders in the banking industry, we are looking for an experienced specialist to implement projects as a Java Tech Lead.

The project is regulatory-business in nature and covers KYC processes, regulatory and tax verification, legal validation, and ESG due diligence.

Daily tasks

• Analysis of business requirements and their decomposition into technical tasks within the scope of the assigned order.
• Code review of delivered solutions along with recommendations regarding compliance with architectural and quality standards.
• Verification and challenging of technical solutions proposed by project stakeholders.
• Delivering functionalities and bug fixes in Java/Spring Boot meeting agreed acceptance criteria.
• Developing and updating technical and architectural documentation (ADR, diagrams, API documentation).

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a Java Developer role.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a coordination role (e.g., Tech Lead).
• Advanced English language proficiency (C1).
• Proficiency in Java (17+) and Spring Boot.
• Experience in designing REST API.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
