Agile Delivery Lead

About the company

Together with our Partner, an American fitness equipment manufacturer, we are looking for a person to provide services in the role of Agile Delivery Lead, combining elements of Scrum Master work with project management support.

Your tasks

The project involves the construction and development of a new generation of an AI-based fitness platform, providing personalized user experiences and integration with fitness devices and wearable technologies.

• Organization and facilitation of Agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retro) and supporting teams in improving their way of working based on Scrum practices and delivery metrics.
• Supporting the Project Manager in day-to-day project management, including status reporting, schedule tracking, and risk management.
• Supporting communication with stakeholders, including the team in the USA, and participating in selected afternoon or evening meetings.
• Participating in iteration planning and release coordination, including team synchronization and ensuring scope readiness and deadlines.
• Coordinating dependencies between technology teams and the business, as well as identifying and resolving blockers and risks.
• Organizing and optimizing work in Jira, including maintaining task structure, workflow, and backlog transparency.

Requirements

• Approx. 3–5 years of commercial experience in an Agile environment, e.g., as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead/Coordinator, Agile Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience in engaging in topics beyond ceremonies: release coordination, progress tracking, and supporting project management.
• Practical experience in conducting Agile ceremonies and very good knowledge of Jira in the context of organizing team work and delivery transparency.
• Readiness to participate in afternoon/evening meetings (approximately 2/3 times a week) as part of cooperation with teams in the USA.
• Experience in collaborating with technology teams and the business and coordinating dependencies between different areas.
• Experience in managing the release process and development of mobile applications.
• Very good knowledge of English (min. C1).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAFe and experience in coordinating the work of several teams, also globally distributed.
• Knowledge of the consumer products, health tech, connected devices, or subscription models industries.
• Experience in stakeholder management at a strategic level.
