Quality Engineer

About the company

Are you starting your career in the quality area and are you interested in developing yourself in a dynamic environment oriented towards continuous improvement? We are looking for a Jr. Quality Engineer with an interest in learning and contributing to the quality assurance of our products and processes.

Your tasks

• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.
• Follow up on established quality standards and procedures.
• Participate in inspections, audits, and process monitoring activities.
• Collaborate in the investigation and analysis of quality problems, proposing corrective actions.
• Support the preparation and updating of documentation related to the quality system.
• Collect and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work together with different areas to ensure compliance with quality and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related (recent graduate or with initial experience).
• Basic knowledge of quality tools and concepts.
• Intermediate English
• Basic handling of data analysis tools and Microsoft Office.
• Organization, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork.

• Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of experience
