To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Technical Buyer with Team Leader Function (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date!

Your Tasks You will take over the leadership of a three-person team.

You will create and send inquiries based on requirements from, e.g., Sales and Engineering, prepare procurement documents, and work closely with the involved specialist departments.

Existing supplier relationships will be maintained and strategically developed by you.

In addition, you will monitor the procurement market, identify optimization potential, and support the bundling of requirements.

You will evaluate offers, negotiate conditions, and conduct annual price negotiations with suppliers.

In addition to operational purchasing, you will actively help shape processes and structures and contribute your ideas to the continuous development of the purchasing department.

You will also actively support the ongoing ERP transition as well as the optimization of purchasing processes.

Your Profile You have a completed degree or a commercial or technical vocational training – ideally with a focus on purchasing.

At least 6 years of professional experience and expertise in the field of plant engineering distinguish you.

You possess strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and always maintain a confident manner.

Good technical understanding is also a matter of course for you.

Your English skills are business fluent.

A structured, analytical, and independent way of working completes your profile.
