Your contribution to success:

• You manage the administrative processes in goods receipt, plan and monitor incoming deliveries, and coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers
• You check incoming goods, clarify discrepancies, and support the processing of damaged or non-conforming deliveries
• You process customs-relevant processes as well as the associated documentation
• You book goods movements in SAP and support stock controls as well as inventories
• You create and maintain evaluations and reports, especially with Excel
• Cooperation with international internal and external partners is also part of your area of responsibility
• You ensure high stock accuracy and goods availability

• You have completed commercial training or a degree in business administration; experience in the logistics sector is an advantage
• You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
