Cong Caphe Indonesia is a company that holds the official license from Cộng Cà Phê Vietnam. Cộng Cà Phê (or Cong Caphe) is an iconic coffee shop chain from Vietnam founded in Hanoi in 2007. This shop is famous for its military-style interior design, staff uniforms resembling Viet Cong soldiers, use of antique furniture, and memorabilia from the past, making it a cultural experience rather than just a place to drink coffee. Cong Caphe has officially expanded into the Indonesian market by opening its first outlet located in Gandaria City Mall, Jakarta.

Requirement :

• Have min. 3 years of experience in the same position / Asst. Store Manager.
• Education Min. SMA/SMK equivalent. D3/S1 in Hospitality is preferred.
• Having knowledge regarding food preparation, food safety, hygiene and cleanliness as well as quality control of coffee products is preferred.
• Able to lead, direct, and develop team members.
• Understand the use of POS systems and inventory systems.
• Able to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to outlet operations and also sales.
• Have good self-discipline, responsibility, and good leadership qualities.
• Able to conduct briefings, training, and evaluations of team members.
• Able to create work schedules and manpower needs in operations effectively to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Able to communicate in basic English.
