About the company

We are Chong Chape, a coffee shop brand from Vietnam. As part of our expansion in Indonesia, we are excited to announce the upcoming opening of our new store at Gandaria City, Jakarta. (Soon)

Requirements

• Min. 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management. Experience managing multiple branches is preferred.
• Min. education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to lead, guide, and develop team members through training sessions, and evaluations to improve team performance.
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond changing operational requirements.
• Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store operations and sales to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and coffee product quality control is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Work Location: Jakarta with willingness to travel
