Cong Caphe Indonesia is a company that holds the official license from Cộng Cà Phê Vietnam. Cộng Cà Phê (or Cong Caphe) is an iconic coffee shop chain from Vietnam founded in Hanoi in 2007. This shop is famous for its military-style interior design, staff uniforms resembling Viet Cong soldiers, use of antique furniture, and memorabilia from the past, making it a cultural experience rather than just a place to drink coffee. Cong Caphe has officially expanded into the Indonesian market by opening its first outlet located in Gandaria City Mall, Jakarta.

Requirement :

• Has minimum 1 year of experience as a barista.
• Minimum education of SMA/SMK equivalent.
• Has basic experience in making coffee and beverages.
• Knows and can use bar equipment, coffee machines, and grinders.
• Has basic food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Has experience and is able to use POS systems.
• Has high learning ability and curiosity to learn.
• Honest, disciplined, and able to work in a team.
• Has good communication skills and is open.
• Able to communicate using basic English.
• Placement in Gandaria City Mall, South Jakarta.
