Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in preventive maintenance planning, maintenance coordination, or equipment reliability within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of TPM, preventive maintenance programs, maintenance planning, and equipment reliability principles.
- Experience developing PM schedules, maintenance procedures, and maintenance performance reporting.
