Position Overview The Intermodal Logistics Assistant is a member of the Visy Logistics Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Vietnam, providing end-to-end administrative and systems support to Visy Logistics’ Intermodal operations across Australia, covering wharf cartage, road and rail container movements between ports, customer sites and regional and interstate terminals.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 3-4 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding or transport operations administration
• Working experience with CargoWise or a comparable transport or freight management system
• Excellent verbal and written English at a professional business level
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
