Senior Copywriter

We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter with a sharp mind, a playful pen, and a love for storytelling. At IDEO Communications, you’ll be part of a dynamic creative team, crafting copy that connects, converts, and sometimes even goes viral. Whether it’s a punchy social media post, a heartfelt brand story, an archy editorial article, or a witty campaign tagline — you’ll help bring ideas to life with words that stick.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop campaign concepts, communication tactics, copy, and content across platforms: social media, digital ads, websites, scripts, and more.
• Be able to contribute in building IMC plans with profound knowledge of all media channels.
• Capable of TVC script development.
• Translate briefs into compelling copy that aligns with brand tone and campaign objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, youthful ideas.
• Be a hand in developing proposals which catch the big eyes of clients.
• Produce, edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and creativity.
• Stay updated on pop culture, trends, and memes — and know when (and how) to use them.
• Assist in the development and execution of client campaigns and projects.
• Support account team in preparing client presentations and proposals.
• Monitor media coverage and compile press clippings.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or related fields.
• A creative thinker with a sense of humor and a love for language.
• Strong writing skills in Vietnamese and English
• Ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and audiences.
• Team player with good communication skills and a growth mindset.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, AI tools and/or Google Workspace
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
