ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor's degree in major of rubber / polymer engineering.
  • 3 years or more experience with good background in Rubber industrial manufacturing.
  • Experienced in Compound Mixing and operating with Calender/Extruder.
  • Experienced in people/operator management.
  • Basic English.
