Your tasks

Recruitment Purpose

• Coordinate with and learn from the outsourced Tenant Coordinator (TC) team during the tenant pre-opening fit-out phase.
• Participate in testing and commissioning (T&C), including inspection and acceptance of tenants’ fit-out works.

• Conduct asset and inventory verification during handover.
• Develop operational plans and help ensure the SLUC project is fully ready for opening.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Tenant Coordinator position.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization abilities; detail-oriented and self-motivated.
