Position Overview The One Holding (TOH) is looking for a highly experienced Operation Supervisor to help build the foundation of our Freight Forwarding division. This role requires a hands-on professional who can oversee the entire lifecycle of a shipment, from paperwork to field coordination, carriers, and customs.

Requirements

Graduated University/ College Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Docs/Cus and Operations within Freight Forwarding. Including Im/Export for all Sea/Air/Inland.

Deep, practical understanding of Sea/Air and inland routing. Existing good relationships with carriers is advantage.

Good English skills (written and spoken) to coordinate effectively with overseas agents and FDI customers.
