Process Senior Engineer/ Supervisor/ Senior Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

• Support the APE Manager in leading New Product Development (NPD), Product Transfer, New Version and VE

projects from early engineering builds through Mass Production.

• Coordinate manufacturing readiness across ESB/EB/QB/PP/FMP, ensuring process, equipment, fixture, quality and

documentation readiness before production launch.

• Lead DFM/DFA, PFMEA, process improvement and technical problem-solving to ensure...
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering

discipline.

• Good written and spoken English
• 6–8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment;

supervisory or technical leadership experience is preferred.
