Senior ICT Engineer

Location: Quang Chau Industrial Park, Viet Yen Town, Bac Giang Province, Vietnam

Job Overview We are looking for a Senior ICT Engineer to lead the execution of structural test plans on baseboards and systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production quality and efficiency. This role involves fixture/program deployment from NPI to MP, issue resolution, and collaboration with Asia teams, tester vendors, fixture houses, and CMs.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage production issues related to ICT fixtures/programs with timely resolution.
• Optimize structural test plans based on ICT/FCT yield analysis to detect SMT, PCB, and component issues early.
• Collaborate with CMs, tester vendors, and fixture houses, providing DFM guidance to meet ICT requirements.
• Support production bring-up and debugging activities.
• Define and deliver procedures, documentation, and technical support as needed.

What We Need to See

• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in ICT programming, fixture design/manufacturing, and factory testing.
• Strong ICT development capability, hardware design understanding, board debugging, and structured test knowledge.
• Solid knowledge of board manufacturing flow, PCB/fixture design, and proven program management experience.
• Hands-on experience with lab tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, TDR, BERT).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong team player with analytical skills and good working habits.
• Self-starter able to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
