Job Title: Senior Application Developer

Location: Hanoi

Job Description

• Independently design, develop, debug, and maintain Android client applications according to requirements.
• Formulate development task plans aligned with project schedules to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Prepare module design documents and explanatory materials to ensure traceability.
• Follow departmental programming specifications, conduct code reviews, and manage repository uploads to ensure code quality.
• Identify technical risks during development, propose solutions, or escalate risks proactively.
• Analyze and resolve framework layer defects within assigned domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; minimum 5 years of Android application/framework development experience. Strong English listening and speaking skills.
• Master’s degree or overseas study/work experience in foreign companies is preferred.
• Strong foundation in Java/Kotlin; experience in smart cockpit project development is a plus.
• Familiar with Git and related code management tools; proficient in Android development frameworks and features (multi-threading, cross-process communication, network programming). Skilled use of Jetpack, Kotlin preferred.
• Expertise in Android SDK and design patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM); solid knowledge of OOP and good coding habits.
• Experience in Android performance and stability optimization, or familiarity with Android framework analysis. JNI layer C++/C development experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile practices (SCRUM, pair programming, TDD, unit testing) is preferred.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
