Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including recruitment planning, sourcing, process improvement, budget and recruitment effectiveness, while supporting Performance Management/KPI, C&B and other HR activities. The role contributes to building an effective and sustainable talent acquisition system to support business needs.
