[Bắc Ninh] Logistics Operation Assistant Manager (Ocean Freight)

(1) BROAD SCOPE:

• In charge of Ocean import/export/ billing job for external customers

(2) ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directly contact with customers and carrier or other logistics service providers (LSP) for export & import shipments (booking space, customs clearance, trucking, track & trace report, etc). Make tracking, daily report to customers.

(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

• University graduated.
• Good English speaking and writing

(b) EXPERIENCE:

• 5 - 8 year experience in freight forwarding and Logistics field (import/export/customs clearance)
• Have operation experience directly with Global carriers
• Have strong customer service experience with international companies
• Experience in handling cargos to the US
