Tour Operator Executive (Senior Level)

Your tasks

• Prepare & follow up the requests of quotation with clients, assigned by tour managers

• Check information, price … with suppliers
• Make all necessary bookings and follow-up before, during and after tours.

• Assign jobs to tour guides, vehicles suppliers, drivers etc.
• Communicate with Sales team to ensure smooth Operations and Reservation

Requirements

• Brief guides in...
• Fluent in English,

• Strong MS Office skills,
• Experience with European tourist

• Strong knowledge about Vietnam (all the country) + Laos and Cambodia

• working with communicator and AI translators

• Multitasking

• Communication in multicultural and multilanguage company
