Scope of work

  • Operate and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN, Internet, VPN, firewall, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
  • Monitor network availability and performance; troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network devices and services.
  • Perform network configurations, changes, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Maintain network documentation and operational procedures.
  • Work with IT teams, ISPs, and vendors to resolve issues and support network projects.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call support.
  • The scope may be adjusted based on business needs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience.

Other requirements:

  • Good working proficiency in English.
  • CCNA/CCNP-level networking knowledge or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with BGP, FortiGate, enterprise Wi-Fi, routing, and switching.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, NAT, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
  • Good troubleshooting and incident management skills.
