MT Sales Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue and sales targets are met
• Perform other tasks assigned by the department head
• Sales forecasting
• Develop good relationships with supermarkets and buyers
• Plan promotional programs (e.g., promotions, demos, outlet activities, etc.)
• Manage PG (promotion girls) staff and train employees
• College degree or higher
• Experience is preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Word, etc.
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, responsible, honest, willing to take on challenges, quick learner, disciplined
• Good thinking ability and able to work under high pressure
