The Equipment Engineer is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and optimizing PCB and package substrate manufacturing equipment and processes to ensure high efficiency, product quality, and cost-effective operations.

- Experience in PCB, package substrate, semiconductor manufacturing, or equipment engineering is preferred.
