ADMINISTRATIVE – HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Administrative Tasks
- Manage and monitor office assets, equipment, stationery, and supplies.
- Draft, archive, and manage internal administrative documents and incoming/outgoing correspondences.
- Support the organization of internal meetings, events, client receptions, and seminars (if any).
- Handle procedures with state authorities related to company operations (e.g., company seal, business registration updates, etc.).
- Ensure smooth office operations and logistics support.
- Other administrative and office tasks as required by the BOD.
Human Resources – Recruitment & Employee Services:
- Coordinate with departments to plan and implement recruitment activities.
- Post job ads, screen resumes, arrange and follow up on interviews.
- Prepare labor contracts, personnel decisions, and manage employee files.
- Handle social insurance procedures, timekeeping, and assist with payroll processing.
- Support performance evaluation processes (KPIs), rewards and disciplinary actions, and internal training programs.
- Assist in building and updating HR procedures, policies, and regulations in compliance with labor laws and company directives.
- Other HR tasks as required by the BOD.
