Operations Manager

I. Key Responsibilities

• Arrange work shifts and leave schedules for the operators.
• Train and support new operators.
• Supervise and manage data quality to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize employee performance.
• Coordinate with the HR Department on attendance tracking, employee status updates, and handling related issues.

II. Requirements

• Age: 30 years old or above.
• College/University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 50 or more employees.
• Strong computer literacy and technical skills.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to train and lead new staff.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about IT, data, and information systems.
• Fluent in English communication.

III. Benefits

• Salary: 15,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND per month
