- Knowledge of design software (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator), fabrics, products, and fashion trends.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and costing skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
