QA/QC Executive

Your tasks

• Inspect raw materials, packaging, in-process products, and finished goods against specifications.

• Perform routine quality checks (moisture, appearance, weight, packing, metal detection, etc.).

• Monitor GMP, hygiene, housekeeping, and food safety compliance.

• Maintain QC records, traceability documents, and quality reports.

• Investigate quality issues, raise NCRs, and support corrective actions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Agriculture, or related field.

• 1-2 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing.

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, or BRCGS.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
