Senior BA ( SAP- HRM)

Your tasks

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements for HRM systems, particularly in SAP-related projects.

Analyze HR business processes and translate business needs into functional requirements and solution designs.

Facilitate workshops and discussions with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand business needs, identify gaps, and propose appropriate solutions.

Prepare business analysis deliverables, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.

Collaborate with SAP consultants, developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business requirements.

Support solution validation, UAT, defect clarification, and issue resolution throughout project implementation.

Ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate smooth and successful project delivery.

Requirements

Domain: Banking / Fintech Experience: 5.5–7 years

5.5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably with hands-on involvement in HRM system implementation projects.

Strong business analysis skills, with a focus on HR business processes rather than purely technical analysis.

Experience with SAP HR/HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred.

Experience in the Banking or Fintech domain is a strong advantage.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and requirements elicitation skills.

Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.

Experience supporting UAT and coordinating with cross-functional teams during project implementation.

Good English communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and project teams.
