Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate a large-scale enterprise systems implementation project.

The role will be responsible for overall project planning, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, delivery governance, testing readiness, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing ERP or enterprise application implementation projects, preferably in environments involving distributed operations, multiple business functions, and integration across different systems.

Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of an enterprise systems implementation project. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, and key deliverables. Coordinate across business stakeholders, internal IT teams, implementation partners, and external vendors. Manage multiple functional and technical workstreams across the project lifecycle. Oversee project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Monitor vendor performance and ensure agreed deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure business requirements are properly translated into implementation activities. Coordinate project activities across areas such as: Enterprise applications / ERP Transactional and operational systems Sales and branch/store operations Inventory and procurement Supply chain processes System integrations Coordinate key implementation phases including requirement validation, solution review, SIT, UAT, user training, cutover, deployment, and stabilization. Support business readiness and ensure relevant stakeholders are aligned before system rollout. Track project status and prepare regular progress reports, risk updates, and escalation items for the Project Director. Support onsite activities at operational locations when required during critical project phases. Requirements Proven experience managing ERP, enterprise application, or business systems implementation projects. Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable business systems is highly preferred. Strong understanding of business processes involving several of the following areas: Sales operations Branch or store operations Inventory management Procurement Supply chain Transaction processing Experience managing external vendors, implementation partners, project timelines, scope, and business stakeholders. Familiarity with the full system implementation lifecycle, including: Requirement gathering and validation Solution design SIT UAT Training Cutover Go-live Hypercare / stabilization Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and escalation management skills. Able to work primarily onsite in Tran Nao, An Khanh, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City. Willing to travel domestically when required by project activities. Able to commit to a 6–8 month project engagement. Travel Requirement The primary working location will be in Ho Chi Minh City.

Domestic travel may be required depending on the project phase, particularly for onsite assessment, user testing, training, deployment, and go-live support.

Expected travel frequency: approximately 1–2 business trips per month, typically 2–4 days per trip.

Travel frequency may temporarily increase during critical phases such as UAT, cutover, and go-live, depending on actual project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications Experience managing projects involving multiple operational sites or business locations. Experience coordinating several vendors or system integrators within the same project. Experience with multi-site system rollout or enterprise transformation programs. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage. Previous experience in industries with high transaction volumes, distributed operations, or complex supply chain processes is preferred.
