Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, and deliver IT projects according to project timeline
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
• Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum framework
• Remove obstacles that impact team productivity
• Work closely with Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog
• Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, sprint progress, etc.)
• Promote collaboration and effective communication within the team
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of product increments
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management

Requirements

• Proven experience managing IT or software development projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, MS Project)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in project management or IT project delivery
