Job Description:
- Responsible for planning TikTok short-form video content, including topic selection, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and shooting plans.
- Follow up on filming, video editing, and post-production, ensuring content quality and production timelines.
- Collaborate with Livestream, KOL/KOC, and E-commerce Operations teams to produce promotional videos and campaign materials.
- Analyze video performance data and optimize content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with Design, Operations, Livestream, BD, and other teams to drive projects forward and ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
- Have a basic understanding of short-form video production/directing and understand TikTok content trends and practices.
- Passionate about beauty and cosmetics and have online shopping habits.
- Good communication skills, strong service mindset, proactive attitude, and the ability to drive tasks toward results.
- Candidates with experience in TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or short-form video production/directing in the beauty/cosmetics industry are preferred.
